At Batavia, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned furniture and decor must be in original condition and packaging to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
